I have been blogwalking for sometime until finally stuck to this site. Stylish Weblog is a design blog that discuss many topics about web design, money, and life. Written by a trustworthy web designer, the blog is updated everyday. The blog has been redesigned recently and give an eye candy for those who visited it. What kind of new knowledge can be found in this blog?

Many things can be found here. Mostly are about Internet technology, but some topics are about life and money. One interesting post is about user accounts control behavior. It is a new knowledge for me that User Access Control (UAC), a new feature in Windows Vista can’t stop any malware.

Malware is not installed while user is unaware and UAC will not prevent malware to be installed. It is only stopping the installation, until the user gives permission to continue. The post is giving step by step move on how disabling the UAC feature in Windows Vista.

Other great post is about spyware community. If you install Windows Defender, they will require you to join their community. There are two kinds of membership. One is the basic and the second is the advanced membership.

Basic membership will obtain only basic information to be sent to Microsoft for analysis. Advanced membership, in the other hand, give additional control about software installed in your personal computer.
