Go insure ourself

Those who are in the near of pension era, living after retirement can be a nightmare. First, they don’t have any position that can be proud of. Second, they don’t have flow of income as they used to be. There must be a pension fund, like 401K, but I bet it won’t be enough to cover the rest of life.

Any better solution for happy retirement life? There are two things needed to realize it. The first thing is life settlements. Life settlements means that senior citizen can sell their unneeded insurance policy to secondary market.

They will achieve more money than the sum offered by insurance company. Also, they are free from any obligation, such as monthly payment.

The second thing is premium financing. Premium financing is having third party to cover all insurance payment. It is quite like a loan. Thus, the senior citizen do not need to cover big payment in front. With fixed interest rate, the loan itself will not become a burden.

Hopefully with all two things mentioned above, senior citizen will enjoy to spend the rest of their life happily.
